How are the cakes packaged for shipping?
Each individual cake is secured in a custom-fit, eco-friendly container and shipped in insulated thermal packaging with dry ice to ensure it arrives fresh and perfectly intact.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive exactly when you need them for your special event.

What is your return policy for perishable items?
